Tech & Training Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“TTCSPL”, “we”) is an IT training provider, Microsoft Partner and Cloud Solution Provider based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through techandtraining.in, why, how long we keep it, who else sees it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). For the purposes of that Act, TTCSPL is the Data Fiduciary.
1. What we collect, and why
When you contact us or book
When you send an enquiry, fill a form, book an AI World seat or write to us, we collect what you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, designation, the training you are interested in, your message and, if you choose to give it, your PIN code. We use it to reply to you, to prepare proposals and invoices, to deliver the training or event you booked, and to follow up on your enquiry. Payments for bookings are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay); we do not see or store your card or bank details.
When you use the website — only if you allow it
On your first visit we ask for your choice in a privacy banner (in English or Hindi). Nothing below is collected unless you allow it, and you can change your mind at any time from “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page.
- Analytics. A random visitor ID stored in a cookie, so we can recognise repeat visits; the pages you view, time spent and how far you scroll; clicks on our phone number, WhatsApp, email and downloads; which forms you start (never what you type until you send it); your device type, maker and model where your browser reports it, operating system, browser and screen size; language and time zone; your approximate city and state, worked out from your IP address on our own server (the full IP address is not stored — only the network it belongs to); the name of the network or organisation your connection belongs to; and how you reached us (search, social media, an ad or a link). Google Analytics is also used for this purpose. Purpose: to understand which training and content interests visitors and to improve the website.
- Connect my visits to my enquiry. If you also allow this and then fill a form on this site, or open a personal link we sent you, we link your visit history to the name, email, phone and company you gave us. Purpose: so our advisor can respond to what you were actually looking for.
If you choose “Reject all” (or do not answer), we only count page views by page, device type (desktop / mobile / tablet), browser family and traffic source. No cookie, visitor ID, IP address or location is recorded, and nothing can be traced back to you. The website works exactly the same either way.
2. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Set when | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| ttx_consent | Remembers your privacy choice | Always (essential — it tracks nothing) | 12 months |
| ttx_vid | Random visitor ID for analytics | Only if you allow Analytics | 12 months |
| ttx_sid | Groups page views into one visit | Only if you allow Analytics | 30 minutes |
| ttx_f, ttx_a | How you first and most recently found us | Only if you allow Analytics | 12 months / 90 days |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Only if you allow Analytics | Up to 2 years |
3. How long we keep it
- Website analytics data: deleted automatically 12 months after your last visit.
- Analytics data linked to an enquiry: kept while that enquiry or business relationship is active in our CRM, then deleted on the same 12-month rule.
- Enquiry, booking and invoice records: kept as long as needed to serve you and as required by tax and accounting law.
- Records of your privacy choices: kept for 24 months, as proof of what you agreed to.
- If you withdraw consent, your analytics data is erased straight away.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions: our website and database host (Hostinger), our email and document provider (Microsoft 365), Google Analytics (only if you allow Analytics), our payment gateway (Razorpay, for bookings), and the messaging and calling providers we use to reply to enquiries. Some of these providers may process data outside India. Your approximate location is worked out on our own server — your IP address is not sent to any third party for it. To name business networks we look up only the network address (for example 49.36.12.0) in the public APNIC internet registry; PIN codes are looked up in the India Post directory. IP geolocation data is provided by DB-IP (db-ip.com) under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may:
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page;
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, write to our privacy contact at pradip@techandtraining.biz with the email address or phone number you used with us. We will respond promptly and within the period required by the DPDP Rules.
6. Children
This website is intended for working professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly track or profile anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please choose “Reject all” in the privacy banner and do not submit personal data without a parent or guardian.
7. Security
We protect personal data with access controls (only authorised staff can see visitor data, and every download, correction and erasure is logged), encrypted connections (HTTPS), and by storing the minimum needed — for example, we never store full IP addresses for analytics. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
8. Marketing
We may use your contact details to tell you about our training programmes and services. You can opt out at any time with the “unsubscribe” link in our emails, or by writing to the address above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we change what we collect with your consent, we will ask for your choice again through the privacy banner.
