If you live with 30% or more disability, we will train you in the computer and AI skills employers actually hire for — and we will not charge you a rupee for it. Seventeen years of corporate training, offered back to the people who are most often left out of it.
Batches running now are for physical disabilities. If yours is a different disability, please still register — we plan the next programme from those registrations, and we will contact you as soon as one opens.

This training is completely free of cost. Depending on the nominations we receive, each batch is run in person or online — we confirm which one applies to you before it starts.

We keep the conditions deliberately few. If you are unsure whether you qualify, apply anyway — we would rather read your form than have you rule yourself out.
- 30% or more disability recorded on a valid disability certificate.
- A physical disability — locomotor, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and similar. Other disabilities: register anyway, and we will plan a programme for you.
- Any qualification — from below 10th standard to post-graduate.
- Living anywhere in India. Online batches remove the travel problem entirely.
- Employed or not — you can be working already and still join.
- Willing to finish what you start. That is the only thing we ask in return.

We teach what our corporate clients hire for. Your track is built around what you choose in the form and around how you work best.
AI tools, used properly
ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini for writing, summarising, research and everyday tasks — including how AI can remove barriers in your own work.
Data and reporting
Data entry done accurately and fast, then Excel analysis and Power BI dashboards — skills that pay well and can be done from home.
Communication at work
Spoken English, written email, interviews and customer conversations — practised until they feel ordinary rather than frightening.
Design and digital presence
Canva, social media and simple graphic work — a route to freelance income that does not depend on commuting to an office.
Getting hired
A CV that reads well, interview practice, and introductions to employers in our network who are actively looking to hire inclusively.

Things people ask us
Is it really free? Is there any hidden charge?
Yes, it is genuinely free. There is no registration fee, no material fee and no certificate fee. If you choose to contribute you may, in any amount you like, and it changes nothing about your selection.
My disability is not a physical one. Should I still register?
Yes, please do. The batches running today are for physical disabilities, so there is no class waiting for you this minute — we say that on the form rather than let you find out later. But your registration is the thing that gets the next programme scheduled: it tells us how many people are waiting, which disabilities, in which cities and what they want to learn. We will contact you as soon as we open one, and it will be free then too.
Can I claim tax exemption on what I contribute?
No. Tech & Training Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company, not a registered charity. We hold no 80G registration, so there is no tax deduction and no 80G receipt, and no FCRA licence, so we cannot accept anything from outside India or from foreign sources. Anything given is a voluntary contribution to the initiative and nothing more. We would rather tell you this plainly on the page than after you have offered.
Will the classes be in person or online?
It depends on the nominations we receive. When enough selected candidates are close to one another we run an in-person batch in an accessible venue; otherwise the batch runs online. We tell you which applies to you before your batch starts, so you are never left guessing.
I am a company. How do we support this?
Choose "A sponsor / supporter" at the top of the form. Funding a batch, donating laptops or assistive technology, lending an accessible room, providing interpreters, or opening internships all help. Nothing is collected on this website — we speak first. Please note we have no 80G registration and no FCRA licence, so there is no tax benefit and we cannot take foreign contributions.
My disability is less than 30%. Can I still apply?
This programme is reserved for candidates at 30% and above, because places are limited and we want them to reach the people facing the steepest barrier. Do write to us anyway — we run paid corporate batches too and will tell you about concessions.
Do you need my Aadhaar?
No, and please do not send it. Under the Aadhaar Act only organisations licensed by UIDAI may collect or store Aadhaar copies, and we hold no such licence. We ask for your disability certificate or UDID card instead — it proves both your identity and your eligibility, which is all we need. If a copy of an Aadhaar reaches us anyway, we delete it.
What happens to the certificate I upload?
It is stored outside the public part of our website, under a random filename that nobody can guess, readable only by our own team through a password-protected screen. It is used for one thing: confirming you meet the 30% criterion. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.
I do not have a laptop or good internet. Is that a problem?
Tell us in the form. Device and connectivity support is one of the things our sponsors provide, and knowing early lets us plan for it. For some learners the answer is an in-person batch where the computer is provided.
Will you help me find a job afterwards?
We help with your CV, practise interviews with you, and introduce you to employers in our network who are hiring inclusively. We cannot promise a job — but we do not stop at the certificate.
